We are actively seeking a Sales Executive to help OpenCrowd execute its growth strategy in developing, selling and closing on enterprise-scale internet based solution opportunities. The individual will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for attaining the revenue and margin goals established by the Executive Management Team. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned sales leader with 10+ years of work experience in selling professional services with deep domain knowledge in either Financial Services, Health or Media. The candidate must have strong consultative selling skills, be able to identify client requirements and creatively demonstrate how OpenCrowd can address and solve client challenges. The candidate must be a leader, a committed team player, organized, and persistent with a strong work ethic, and have excellent communication skills.
The primary responsibilities for the candidate will be to identify, pursue and close on new leads and opportunities within the target market segments.
Develop strategic account plans and execute sales methodologies
Anticipate and understand client business objectives and tailor OpenCrowd’s solutions in order to achieve these objectives
Develop long-standing relationships with prospective clients at multiple levels of the organization – primarily C-level executives and negotiate enterprise contracts, in conjunction with OpenCrowd’s executive team.
Proactively network with other industry leaders, competitors, partners and vendors. They must develop a detailed understanding of the trends and business drivers of the market segments that they are serving.
Work closely with the delivery team to craft customized sales presentations and proposals.
Provide revenue forecast visibility to the Executive Management Team in order to better gauge the achievement of OpenCrowd’s sales objectives
Experience and Qualifications
Consultative sales experience targeting enterprise IT, Internet based custom solutions/services to C-level executives within large organizations is a must.
10+ years proven experience in personally developing client accounts and relationships and selling complex solutions in the IT Services, Systems Integration or Technology Strategy Consulting sectors.
Demonstrable C-level relationships in one or more of the following industry verticals: Financial Services, Media, Healthcare.
Candidate must be tenacious in developing new business, comfortable in identifying new opportunities, cold calling and developing the pipeline with targeted sales and marketing activities.
Must be results-driven, customer-focused, a self-starter, disciplined, a leader and most importantly a closer.
